APPLY TO BECOME A 3x PILOT TEST FACILITATOR
3x® Lacrosse is accepting applications from prospective 3x Pilot Test Facilitators and will be selecting a limited number of applicants to participate in a structured pilot test program to help introduce 3x in local markets. This is not a casual ambassador role. It is a hands-on business opportunity for capable local leaders to help test, operate, and collaborate to refine a new sports model in real communities and help prove the viability of a prospective cooperative business model.
Pilot Test Facilitators participate in the pilot as independent contractors. With support and guidance from 3x, they independently organize and operate approved local programming within 3x’s event parameters designed to protect participant safety, event quality, brand integrity, and pilot learning.
Good-fit candidates may include coaches, tournament organizers, club or program leaders, facility-connected sports operators, PE teachers, trainers, or others with practical experience bringing players, families, coaches, and facilities together.
Pilot Test Facilitators are expected to help activate local interest, coordinate event logistics, run events using approved event formats and materials, communicate professionally, and submit required event feedback and reporting. The pilot is designed to test demand, operations, participant experience, and event economics.
If the pilot proves successful, selected Pilot Test Facilitators may later have the opportunity to be considered for a future role as a Founding Cooperative Facilitator-Owner within the planned framework of the World 3x Federation Cooperative. Participation in the pilot does not guarantee any future role, participation or continuing business relationship. Any future relationship would be considered separately and documented in writing.
