3x® ("three-by") Lacrosse is accepting applications from prospective 3x Pilot Test Facilitators for a limited Pilot Test, with Colorado as the priority launch market. We will select a small number of capable local leaders to help introduce, operate, and evaluate sanctioned 3x programming in their local communities.

This is not a casual ambassador role. Pilot Test Facilitators participate as independent contractors and take a hands-on role in organizing and operating approved local 3x programming. With support, training, tools, equipment, and operating guidance from 3x, Facilitators make ordinary local operating decisions within minimum 3x Event parameters designed to protect participant safety, Event quality, brand integrity, and Pilot learning.

Good-fit candidates may include coaches, tournament or Event organizers, club or program leaders, facility-connected sports operators, PE teachers, trainers, community organizers, or others with practical experience bringing players, families, coaches, facilities, and local networks together.

Pilot Test Facilitators are expected to help generate local interest, coordinate Event logistics, operate approved 3x programming, communicate professionally with participants and 3x Admin, and complete required Event reporting and Pilot feedback. The Pilot is designed to test demand, operations, participant experience, local-market practices, and Event economics.

Colorado is the priority launch market for this Pilot Test. Applicants should describe the community or market where they could realistically organize and operate 3x programming. Selection and authorization to operate in any location require separate written approval from 3x.

Interested from outside Colorado? The current Pilot Test is limited to Colorado, but 3x’s longer-term aim is to determine whether a proven, repeatable local operating model can support expansion into additional markets through the prospective W3xFC cooperative or another appropriate structure. Any expansion beyond Colorado will depend on what we learn during the Pilot and is not guaranteed. Please answer the application questions based on your proposed local market. We welcome interest from outside Colorado and encourage you to follow 3x for future opportunities.

3x is separately evaluating whether the Pilot may support a future cooperative structure or other longer-term operating model. Participation in the Pilot does not guarantee employment, renewal, territory rights, ownership, cooperative membership, a future role, or any continuing business relationship. Any future opportunity would be considered separately and documented in writing.
